The Kea Lani Restaurant is an open-air dining area offering a daily bountiful breakfast buffet and an exceptional a la carte menu service. The buffet contains fresh fruit including local seasonal favorites such as guava, mountain apples, rambutans and papayas as well as pastries and breads such as mango and banana nut bread that are freshly baked in the resort's pastry shop. The buffet also features an omelet station and rotating choices of hot and cold items including pancakes, waffles, link sausage, and smoked bacon as well as authentic Asian style breakfast foods including miso soup.

Valet is $35.00 per night however self parking is free
I don't think so but the Four Seasons has one and they don't seem to mind if non guests use it when no one staying there wants to play.

The rooms have excellent amenities. You can ask the concierge for almost anything you need if you forgot something.
I don't think it's much better, it was spring break and competition for chairs was pretty serious, I noticed people getting them early in the morning...

They do specials for licals buy one get one free at Ko check to see
I would have to guess, but i would think if you are staying at the Fairmont the shuttle would be complimentary...
